Telephony
Today's telephony needs are often met not by a PSTN telephone service, but by a computer system using VoIP, and fully integrated with a corporations Exchange system for presence, conference calls, desktop sharing and Unified Messaging.
At Cascade we are solution agnostic with respect to telephony systems. Our consultants have both deep experience (10 plus years) in the Cisco stack, as well as the Avaya stack, and have worked with many others. We also specialize in the Microsoft telephony system, having built application solutions with the Microsoft stack for years, working with the older Microsoft Office Communication Server (OCS) up through the newest release Lync systems. We work with our clients to architect and deliver the best solution for the their needs – whether it be a large call center with integrated IVR and CTI, or a mid-size corporation that simply needs to replace their POTS phones with VoIP and wants presence and desktop sharing.
Cascade can deliver out of the box functionality at a low implementation cost, or develop highly customized computer telephony integration (CTI) systems for call centers with high availability and disaster recovery built in. Whether big or small, simple or complex we can right size the solution to meet our customers' needs.
Cascade development resources are expert in working with call flows, and can configure the system to meet complex call flow demands with custom IVR's and integrated CTI screen pops for specific call flows based on DNIS or push tone IVR prompts. We can also assist in designing and implementing voice tags and voice activated IVRs.
If you have an older POTS system and are looking to upgrade to a lower cost, high functionality VoIP system, Cascade can help you find the best solution for your specific needs.
Cascade is an independent vendor and is not biased towards any one hardware solution. We work with Cisco, Polycom, Phillips, Uniden and many others, depending on customer preference; our recommendations will be based on best fit for a given customer application, without bias towards a certain vendor.
