Program Management

A single point of contact, updating you regarding Status, Schedule and Quality.  Our PMs provide you with constant communication through Status Reports, SharePoint Project Website Updates, and are available to answer emails and phone calls.  Cascade PMs run a project from start to finish, and work very closely with you to understand your requirements, then write Business Requirements followed by a very detailed Functional Specification, which allow our developers to code from the document with minimal ambiguity on feature definitions.

Project Management

Our methodology for managing projects typically follows a hybrid method between Agile and Waterfall.  At Cascade, we believe in well defined specifications, but also understand the necessity for some iteration to ensure the customer gets what they want.  We use an SDLC or Software Development Life Cycle to ensure a clearly defined project gets executed, with proper Change Management on time and on budget.  Our functional specifications include exit criteria which double as both design queues for development and a starting point for test management to develop test plans and test cases.
